About Dr Victoria

Dr Victoria Stakelum spent two decades in senior corporate leadership — including as Deputy CEO and executive shareholder — before leaving both the career and the country, to build her own six-figure coaching business from scratch, in rural Ireland, with no inherited audience and no shortcuts.

She brings a rare combination to her clients: a background in sales and marketing alongside formal psychology and coaching training, so the strategies she teaches are commercially proven, not just theoretically sound. She's a psychologist and ICF, BPS & ANLP-accredited coach, and her work has been recognised with multiple awards.

She's worked with hundreds of professional women making the same leap — turning deep expertise into a business that actually pays and actually fits their life.
